These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Done Daily application and website (the "Service") operated by Impossible Day LLC ("we", "us", "our").

By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Done Daily is a personal habit tracking application. It allows you to record daily habits, exercises, and health metrics, and view your progress over time. The Service is provided "as is" for personal, non-commercial use.

2. Accounts

• You may use the app without creating an account. Your data will be stored locally on your device.
• Creating an account enables cloud sync across devices.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

3. Your Data

• You own all data you enter into the Service.
• We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.
• You can export or delete your data at any time.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' data

5. Health Disclaimer

Done Daily is not a medical device or health service. The app is a personal tracking tool only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment recommendations. The scores, insights, and statistics shown in the app are for personal motivation and reflection only. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical decisions.

6. Availability & Changes

• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.
• We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
• We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Impossible Day LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (which may be $0 for free users).

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access at any time for violation of these Terms, with or without notice.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
