Impossible Day LLC ("we", "us", "our") operates the Done Daily mobile application and website (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect:

• Email address
• Display name (if provided via Google Sign-In)
• Profile photo URL (if provided via Google Sign-In)

We do not collect passwords directly — authentication is handled securely by Firebase Authentication (Google).

Habit Tracking Data

The core data you enter into the app:

• Daily habit check-ins (which habits were completed)
• Exercise records
• Personal metrics (weight, sleep hours, etc.)
• Notes, travel locations, and sickness records
• Custom habit names and configuration preferences

Automatically Collected Information

We do not use analytics trackers, advertising SDKs, or third-party data collection tools. We do not collect device identifiers, IP addresses, or browsing history.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your data is used solely to:

• Provide the habit tracking service
• Sync your data across devices when you sign in
• Generate dashboard statistics and insights shown only to you

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties. We do not use your data for advertising or marketing purposes.

3. Data Storage & Security

• Local storage: Your data is stored on your device using browser local storage. This data never leaves your device unless you sign in.
• Cloud sync: If you sign in, your data is stored in Google Cloud Firestore, operated by Google LLC. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest.
• No server-side processing: All habit analysis, scoring, and insights are computed locally on your device. Your data is never processed on our servers.

4. Data Retention & Deletion

• Your data is retained as long as you have an active account.
• You can export all your data at any time (CSV or JSON) from the Settings page.
• You can delete all tracking data from Settings > Data > Clear All Data.
• To delete your account and all associated cloud data, contact us at support@done-daily.com.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Firebase Authentication (Google LLC) — for user sign-in. Firebase Privacy Policy
• Cloud Firestore (Google LLC) — for data sync. Data stored in the United States.

We do not use any advertising, analytics, or tracking services.

6. Children's Privacy

Done Daily is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your data (via the Export feature in Settings)
• Delete your data (via Settings or by contacting us)
• Use the app without an account (data stays local on your device)

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
